Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a U.S. M&A Tax Associate at Small World Business Advisors. The role involves conducting tax due diligence, financial modeling, and providing tax planning for cross-border operations/transactions. The position is based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling proficiency
  • Due Diligence experience
  • Finance and Private Equity knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA, LLM or EA is preferred
  • Experience in cross-border tax advisory or M&A transactions preferred, but not required.
